About me
Inès Khannoussi is a Vienna-based independent filmmaker and video artist whose work bridges art, activism, and socially engaged storytelling. With roots in media technology and documentary production, she has shifted toward personal and experimental forms. After studying Analog Film at the Friedl Kubelka School, she also explored the materiality and aesthetics of handcrafted cinema.
Her films address humanity, migration, and identity, aiming to expand perspectives and challenge dominant narratives while using cinema to promote awareness, dialogue, and social change.
